The results revealed that patients with overexpression of SLC35A2 had a worse prognosis, including patients with LUAD, LGG, UCS, LAML, sarcoma (SARC), SKCM, READ, LIHC, LUSC, KIRP, GBM, HNSC, ESCA, OV, DLBC, BLCA, BRCA (HER2-positive subtype), BRCA (TNBC subtype), and mesothelioma (MESO) (Supplementary Figure 5). This evidence concerns the gene SLC35A2 and glioblastoma.
