SIRT3 and psoriasis: Our data showed that the anti-inflammatory effect of SIRT3 was mediated by its deacetylation activity on XBP1s, and SIRT3 regulated the development of psoriasis-like skin inflammation in an IMQ-induced psoriasis-like mouse model, which provided novel insights that SIRT3 regulates inflammation through XBP1s in UPR independent of the inflammasome.
