Emergency laboratory investigations showed hepatic and renal dysfunction, coagulopathy, leucocytosis, thrombocytopenia, increased inflammatory markers, a high D‐dimer level (1979/500 ng/mL), elevated total creatine kinase (CK) (2058/170), and an increased IL‐6 level (453 pg/mL), while CKMB was 72/16. Here, IL6 is linked to blood coagulation disease.
