CCNA2 and neoplasm: TMA have been constructed, prepared and stained for proteins markers (Figure 1) (ER, PR, HER-2, Cyclin A2, CK5, Vimentin, Bcl2, and Ki-67) that would distinguish 5 tumor subtypes: luminal A (ER+and/or PR+, HER-2−); luminal B (ER+and/or PR+ , HER-2−, Cyclin A2+ and/or Ki-67+); luminal B HER-2+ (ER+, and/or PR+, HER-2+); HER-2+ (ER−, PR−, HER-2+), and triple-negative (ER−, PR−, HER-2−).
