KREMEN2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: The clinical significance of Kremen2 as an independent prognostic indicator of OS in NSCLC patients was confirmed by combining the correlation between 5-year survival and clinical grade in NSCLC patients in a comprehensive analysis (Fig. 1H and Table 1), indicating that upregulation of Kremen2 expression is related to a poorer prognosis in NSCLC patients.
