An NGS-Panel for Arrhythmias (48 genes; performed at the Department of Clinical Genetics, University of Amsterdam in 2015) detected two heterozygous variants of uncertain significance (class 3 variants): c.647C > T; (p.Ser216Leu) SCN5A and c.3374C > T; (p.Ala1125Val) in CACNA1D. This evidence concerns the gene CACNA1D and cardiac arrhythmia.
