When the preceding significantly END-associated factors were incorporated into the binary logistic regression model, it was confirmed that NIHSS scores (OR, 1.232; 95% CI, 1.015–1.495; P = 0.012), hematoma volumes (OR, 1.080; 95% CI, 1.027–1.135; P = 0.024) and serum MANF levels > 52.5 ng/ml (OR, 2.713; 95% CI, 1.004–7.330; P = 0.042) independently predicted END.
