Among patients with prostate cancer, PSAG (pooled: OR = 2.06, 95% CI: 1.23–3.45) and baseline PSA (pooled: OR = 1.81, 85% CI: 1.12–3.10) were associated with higher likelihood of aggressive compared to non-aggressive tumors, whereas PGS269 (pooled: OR = 0.91, P = 0.54) and PGS269adj (OR = 0.97, P = 0.85) were not (Supplementary Table 20).
