With regard to CD19+ B cells, we observed, as expected (34), a significant sepsis-specific decrease in scrambled miRNA and anti–miR-93-5p treatment groups compared with the control and sham groups (anti–miR-93-5p vs. sham: P < 0.001; scrambled control vs. sham: P < 0.01; anti–miR-93-5p vs. control: P < 0.001; scrambled control vs. control: P < 0.01) (Supplemental Figure 10A). This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and Sepsis.
