A study enrolled 63 NSCLC patients with MET exon 14 skipping mutation, the duration of immunotherapy ranged from 2 weeks to 9.6 months and ORR was only 17%, the effect of immunotherapy was poor compared with that of targeted therapy which ORR was 32% and median PFS was 7.3 months (Drilon et al. 2020). The gene discussed is MET; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
