Chemokine receptor antagonists, such as the use of C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 1 (CXCR1)/CXC chemokine receptor-2 (CXCR2) antagonists or C-C motif chemokine receptor 2 (CCR2)/CXC chemokine receptor-2 (CXCR2) antagonists, are suggested for the treatment in acute promyelocytic leukemia patients with DS who received ATRA or ATO considering the involvement of chemokines and their receptors in the pathogenesis of DS [75]. This evidence concerns the gene CXCR1 and Dravet syndrome.
