Given together with the fact that AChE and/or BChE inhibitors are a cornerstone of therapy for neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease, myasthenia gravis [8] and other diseases, we designed and conducted a follow-up study of potential cholinesterase inhibitors based on the most potent N-methyl/tridecyl-2-[4-(trifluoromethyl)benzoyl]hydrazine-1-carboxamides. This evidence concerns the gene BCHE and myasthenia gravis.
