We investigated bulk tumour expression (n = 68) of immune checkpoint molecules including CTLA4, PD1, TIM3, LAG3, PDL1, PDL2, CD27 and TIGIT in the context of the four immune clusters (Kruskal–Wallis, p = 0.00032, p = 9e−07, p = 4.6e−07, p = 8.8e−08, p = 0.00031, p = 4.4e−05, p = 5.9e−05, p = 2.6e−05) (Supplementary Fig. 25a–h). This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and neoplasm.
