Recently, biologic therapies have been frequently used as first-line treatment for moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, including tumor necrosis factor (TNF)–inhibitors, interleukin (IL)–12/23 monoclonal antibodies, IL-17A, and IL-23 inhibitors, which have shown promising efficacy in plaque psoriasis (6–8).
