DUSP10 and obesity disorder: (Lu et al., 2020) used Raw264.7 cells and confirmed that DUSP10 (namely MKP-5) promotes the transformation of macrophages from M1 phenotype to M2 phenotype, and as an inflammatory inhibitor, it participates in obesity-induced adipose tissue inflammation and PA-induced macrophage inflammation through ERK, P38, and JNK.
