To study the role of PFKFB3 in tumors, we studied the mRNA and protein expression level, phosphorylation modification, genetic alteration, Tumour mutational burden (TMB), Microsatellite instability (MSI), DNA mismatch repair (MMR), immune infiltration, clinical outcome, the characteristic of expression in a single cell, and function of enrichment of PFKFB3 were used to investigate the potential roles in tumor development.
