Additionally, we demonstrated that downregulation of PITPNA-AS1 could inhibit the tumor-promoting effect rescued by inhibiting miR-363-5p or overexpressing PDGFD, indicating that PITPNA-AS1 accelerates HCC development by downregulating miR-363-5p and upregulating PDGFD expression.
