CXCL9 and breast neoplasm: Collectively, ACT with SRC-3 KO Tregs results in an increase in the infiltration of immune effector cells and enhances the Ifng/Cxcl9 axis in breast tumors, along with the subsequent generation of an efficient antitumor immune microenvironment that eradicated preexisting E0771 tumors in SRC-3f/f host mice.
