Two patients possessed neutralizingantibodies against WT SARS-CoV-2 (SCV2ser-1, SCV2ser-2), two had antibodies that bound WT Spike RBD butwere non-neutralizing by an in vitro infection assay (SCV2ser-3, SCV2ser-4), and two generated antibodiesthat had no apparent Spike binding or neutralization activity (SCV2ser-5, SCV2ser-6) (Figure 2D). The gene discussed is CHMP5; the disease is infection.
