Prognostic curves showed that the downregulation of MYLK, MYL9, MYH11, CALD1, ACTA2, and CNN1, and the high expression of SPP1 were correlated with significantly worse overall survival in PCa patients, while FLNA, TAGLN, LDB3, TPM1, FLNC, LMOD1, SMTN, and CAV1 expression was not associated with survival (P > 0.05). Here, SPP1 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
