It was found that the downregulation of MYLK, MYL9, MYH11, CALD1, ACTA2, and CNN1, and the upregulated expression of SPP1, were correlated with significantly worse overall survival in PCa patients, while FLNA, TAGLN, LDB3, TPM1, FLNC, LMOD1, SMTN, and CAV1 expression was not associated with survival (P > 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene MYL9 and posterior cortical atrophy.
