The KEGG analysis results indicated that these genes were mainly enriched in human T cell leukemia virus 1 infection, toll-like receptor signaling pathway, PI3K-AKT signaling pathway, PD-L1 expression and PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer, Th17 cell differentiation, inflammatory bowel disease, TNF signaling pathway, IL-17 signaling pathway, colorectal cancer, etc. (Fig. 7B). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and inflammatory bowel disease.
