Although the total cDC population was significantly reduced in the spleens of both the GM-CSF- and IL-33-treated TB mice (Fig. S2C), the frequency of cDC1s among the cDCs in the spleen was higher in the IL-33-treated mice than in the GM-CSF-treated mice, and the cDC2 frequency was reversed (Fig. S2D).
