Gene fusions involving ALK and ROS1 are predictive biomarkers of response to first‐line tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) including alectinib, lorlatinib, crizotinib, or ceritinib [6, 8, 10] and are routinely tested in advanced NSCLC patients. This evidence concerns the gene ROS1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
