This study found that, although high expression of PTTG1 might reduce the efficacy of chemotherapy and ICBs, it was consistent with previous reports that PTTG1 could functions as a potential target in tumor therapy for various types of cancer, such as breast cancer [8], ovarian cancer [51], pituitary adenoma [52], and prostate cancer [30].
