To date, a variety of ZIKV inhibitors have been reported, such as JMX0207 [11], tetrapeptide-boronic acid [27], hydroxychloroquine [28], myricetin [29], methylene blue [30], and erythrosin B [31], which can inhibit the activity of the NS2B-NS3 enzyme to inhibit ZIKV infection.
