Toxicity remained low with grade 1 anemia (pre-existing to [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 treatment and related to previous treatments), grade 3 lymphopenia (without clinical repercussions and usually observed with such treatments) and grade 2 dry mouth (a frequently reported adverse effect in relation with the physiologic parotid gland uptake of PSMA) according to the National Cancer Institute Common terminology criteria for adverse events (CTCAE) version 5.0 [27]. Here, FOLH1 is linked to lymphopenia.
