The dataset was randomly divided into a training (80% patients) and testing set (20% of patients) and detected AST (aspartate aminotransferase), PLT (platelet count), WBC (white blood cell), CHE (cholinesterase), LSM (liver stiffness measurement), ALT (alanine aminotransferase), and gender as statistically significant parameters for liver fibrosis reverse prediction, using cross-sectional validation for the ANN’s performance. This evidence concerns the gene BCHE and Hepatic fibrosis.
