There was a difference of approximately 1 g/dL in the average Hb level between the group that answered yes to “self-judgment of menorrhagia” and the group that answered no. Additionally, there was a statistically significant difference in hemoglobin level based on the response to “passage of clots larger than one inch in diameter” (p < 0.001), with a difference of approximately 0.7 g/dL in the average hemoglobin level between the group that answered yes and the group that answered no (Figure 2).
