We found that HMGA1 and FOXM1 were associated with poor prognosis for three cancers with high morbidity and mortality, namely lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) (Figure 1B, Table S1). This evidence concerns the gene FOXM1 and pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
