Compared with paired normal tissues, pancreatic cancer tissues had more naive B cells, resting CD4 memory T cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs), activated NK cells, M1macrophages, resting dendritic cells, and activated mast cells, and fewer plasma cells, naive CD4 T cells, follicular helper T cells, resting NK cells, monocytes, M0 macrophages and resting mast cells (Figure 7A). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and pancreatic neoplasm.
