However, female gender (0.68; 95% CI: 0.47–0.98; p = 0.038), NYHA class (1.59; 95% CI: 1.21–2.1; p = 0.004), troponin (1.92; 95% CI: 1.32–2.78; p < 0.001), NT-proBNP (1.73; 95% CI: 1.08–2.81; p = 0.022), hemoglobin level (0.67; 95% CI: 0.47–0.96; p = 0.033), periprocedural infection (2.36; 95% CI: 1.32–4.2; p = 0.004) and cardiogenic shock (3.2; 95% CI: 1.25–8.15; p = 0.015) independently predicted the combined endpoint in the overall cohort (see Table 3).
