Melanoma cell lines with stable invasive properties exhibited a small cohort of genes (XCR1, IL1RN, IL11RA, TNFRSF4, TNFRSF12A, and TNFRSF13C) that were significantly altered in the separated invasive cells compared to the non-invasive ones (Figure 2A(a)). The gene discussed is TNFRSF4; the disease is melanoma.
