ACHE and cancer: The antiproliferative activity of the extracts was determined in two human cancer cell lines, Caco-2 and HepG2, the anti-inflammatory activity was assessed in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells, and the potential antidiabetic, antiaging, and neurobiological actions of extracts were determined in vitro by assessing the extracts’ inhibitory effect against the activity of α-amylase, α-glucosidase, elastase, tyrosinase, and acetylcholinesterase (AChE).
