As shown in Figure 2, we found that DEGs between the control and BRONJ groups were significantly enriched in the apoptotic process, T cell receptor signaling pathway, RNA splicing, RNA binding, PI3k-Akt signaling pathway, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, MAPK signaling, and lipid and atherosclerosis pathways. The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is atherosclerosis.
