As is shown in Figure 2a, TRHDE-AS1 is under-expressed in many cancers, which are Breast Invasive Carcinoma (BRCA), Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Endocervical Adenocarcinoma (CESC), LGG, GBM, Lung Adenocarcinoma (LUAD), Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma (LUSC), Ovarian Serous Cystadenocarcinoma (OV), Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma (PAAD), Prostate Adenocarcinoma (PRAD), Testicular Germ Cell Tumors (TGCT), Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma (UCEC), and Uterine Carcinosarcoma (UCS). This evidence concerns the gene TRHDE and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
