Additionally, benign/preneoplastic lesions such as parathyroid adenomas; pituitary adenomas (prolactinomas, growth hormone, rare TSH, ACTH, nonfunctioning); adrenocortical tumors such as cortical adenomas or hyperplasia; skin findings, including facial angiofibromas, collagenomas, and lipomas; meningiomas and ependymomas in the central nervous system; and thyroid adenomas are associated with MEN1.
