TNFAIP1 and p-TNFAIP1 (phosphorylation of TNFAIP1-Ser280 site) are upregulated in the cerebral cortex and hippocampal neurons of APP/PS1 double transgenic mice, suggesting a close relationship between TNFAIP1 and Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis [26].
