After adjusting for confounding factors such as age, hypertension, smoking, cystatin C, homocysteine, hsTnI, proteinuria, uric acid, and FHS, ordinal logistic regression showed that the differences in age (OR = 1.090, 95% CI = 1.053~1.127, p < 0.001) and proteinuria (OR = 0.397, 95% CI = 0.239~0.658, p < 0.001) among the three groups remained statistically significant (Table 4).
