IL17A and spondyloarthropathy: An established significance of IL-17 hyperproduction in the pathogenesis of a row of socially important diseases, and the long-term positive experience of the use of anti-IL17A antibodies in the treatment of spondyloarthritis and psoriasis, provide a strong basis for broadening the spectrum of therapeutic indications for the strategy of IL-17 suppression for non-rheumatic pathologies.
