As shown in Figure 4, the increased gene expression of TSLP (3-fold; Figure 4B), IL33 (3-fold; Figure 4C), TARC (2.3-fold; Figure 4D), and MDC (1.78-fold; Figure 4E) in HaCaT keratinocytes treated with AD-inducing agents was significantly downregulated by GMP treatment to values similar to the control conditions, showing the efficacy of GMP reducing atopic inflammatory responses.
