Although the expression levels of each of the five lncRNAs and each of the six downstream genes could not be used to differentiate between patients, we found that the combined expression signatures of RMRP, MIAT, NTT, MALAT1, HSPA1A, and NLRP3 could be used to identify patients who required further CAG (regardless of significant coronary artery stenosis) within 6 months after detection of significant stress-induced myocardial perfusion defects. This evidence concerns the gene HSPA1A and coronary stenosis.
