Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and normal fibroblasts (NFs) were isolated from cancerous tissues and matched with paracancerous tissues to study the role of the interaction between miR-93-5p, forkhead box A1 (FOXA1), and TGFB3 in radioresistance in CRC. This evidence concerns the gene FOXA1 and colorectal carcinoma.
