The level of miR-141-3p in exosomes in a PCa cell line was higher than in the control, and a confocal microscope showed that they were able to enter osteoblasts, which led to increased osteoblast activity and osteoprotegerin (OPG) expression and decreased the expression of DLC1, indicating the functional significance of this miRNA in activating the p38MAPK pathway. This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF11B and posterior cortical atrophy.
