A number of such cancer cell-associated receptors, including αvβ3 integrin, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) and folate receptor, have been utilized in ligand-receptor binding systems to improve targeted chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer [8–12].
