ERBB2 and breast cancer: The correlation was found not significant with other clinical features like age (p = 0.424), menopausal status (p = 0.679), histological status (p = 0.568), tumor size (p = 0.661), histological grade (p = 0.752) and Her2/Neu expression (p = 0.754) (Table 3) suggesting the involvement of detected mutations in expression and altered formations of the protein contributing to the onset and progression of breast cancer which is in agreement with the findings of an early study [59].
