We found that the STS score, imaging, and laboratory parameters (NYHA class, EF, PAPs, and creatinine) and indices of malnutrition (MNA, sarcopenia, and albumin), comorbidity (CCI), disability (BADL and IADL), and cognitive (MMSE) and mood disorders (GDS) are strongly associated with the progression of the physical frailty score [21,31]. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and malnutrition.
