IFNG and agammaglobulinemia: In the QIAGEN assay, using a peptide pool covering the S protein (Ag2), an IFN-γ response was still detectable (cut-off of IFN-γ levels > 0.15 IU/ml) 6 months after second vaccination in 71% (5/7) participants of the XLA cohort, 20% (1/5) of the CID cohort, 59% (30/51) of the CVID cohort, 76% (51/67) of the IgG/SPAD cohort, 100% of the phagocyte defects cohort (3/3), and 70% (7/10) of the undefined antibody deficiency cohort.
