CXCL10 and inflammatory bowel disease: In analyses of the subtypes of IBD, MR analysis showed that IL-16 (OR: 1.12; 95% CI: 1.02–1.24; p = 0.019) and IL-18 (OR: 1.08; 95% CI: 1.01–1.16; p = 0.019) had a suggestive association with increased risk of UC (Figure 1B), and CXCL10 (OR: 1.17; 95% CI: 1.04–1.32; p = 0.01) had a suggestive association with increased risk of CD (Figure 1C).
