Secondly, an analysis of the correlations between the studied serum ABPs and the main clinical and pathological parameters revealed that in HNSCC patients with lymph node metastasis (T2–4N1–2M0), the level of PFN1 was almost two times higher than that in HNSCC patients without regional metastases (T1–3N0M0). Here, PFN1 is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
