Forced HOXD9 expression was found to increase the invasion and migration potential of AGS and MKN-74 cells compared to that of the Vector cells; however, plasmids comprising HOXD9 and PAXIP1-AS1 decreased the invasion and migration potential of GC cells compared to those in HOXD9+Control group (Fig. 4E–G). This evidence concerns the gene PAXIP1 and gastric cancer.
