PAXIP1 and central nervous system cancer: Previous studies have reported that PAXIP1-AS1 overexpression modulates the migration, invasion, and angiogenesis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells in glioma [11] and that PAXIP1-AS1 knockdown regulates cell proliferation, accelerates apoptosis, and modulates cell migration and EMT in ovarian cancer [12].
