The levels of p-CaMKII, p-AMPK, and Beclin-1 and the LC3-II/LC3-I ratio were elevated, and the levels of p-mTOR and p62 were reduced in the hippocampi of AD mice after TMAS treatment (p-CaMKII/CaMKII, P < 0.01; p-AMPK/AMPK, P < 0.001; p-mTOR/mTOR, P < 0.001; Beclin-1, P < 0.001; p62, P < 0.01; LC3-II/LC3-I, P < 0.001, Fig. 6A to G). This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and Alzheimer disease.
